"In this video, we take my buddy Bundy from looking "kind of homeless" to a Hollywood-ready stud, all with some crafty barber magic. Despite being crunched for time and faced with a wild mane of salt and pepper hair, the transformation is nothing short of spectacular." From 'Homeless' to Hollywood: Epic Haircut Transformation!
Seventh Heaven: The History of Barbershop Quartets (Original Caption) The terminal Barber Shop at the Hotel Statler took on the aspect of real old times today, as four Met stars donned barber uniforms and teamed up in a "barbershop quartet" to serenade their barber, Famous 78 year old Joseph LaMacchia, to honor his 35th year with the chain. Met stars baritone Ettore Bastianini, shoe shine; Buffo Salvatore Baccaloni, manicures; Baritone Robert Merrill, shaves and basso Luben Vichey, trims the hair of their favorite barber. LaMacchia manifests more interest in their vocal talents than their tonsorial skills. The second tenor sets the stage with a lead melody line, which the first tenor lays a high harmony on. The baritone singer handles mid-range, while the bass, the deepest voice of the four, lays a solid foundation. But when the overtones of these four pitch-perfect voices unite and merge, an invisible fifth voice emerges from the ether, an everywhere-but-nowhere aural apparition not unlike the effect of Buddhist monks chanting in a massive ancient temple. This unified fifth-voice phenomenon is known as harmonic coincidence, though it is nowhere near a coincidence, accident or fluke." READ MORE
