It seems the Royals are just replicas of the past now. I don't think they have any power to speak of. They did help to get us here and create a great nation. Although I'm glad we went our separate ways in the 16-1700s.
We had a lot of help from other EU leaders during the Revolutionary War. The French actually did help and were in battle with the British. Then we had Indians also fighting the British. Hard to believe it was over a crate of rotten bitter tea Just think how peeved those people that fought and died would be today to see how low as a nation we've all sank to. Talk about some hangings and burning at the stake ;0) The numbers at that period were astounding, a tiny group of 7000 was all that showed for our side, and that is from millions of the 13 colonies. I suppose there wasn't that many tea sippers in the colonies.
