    There's a special place in hell for the person or persons who thought making low dose aspirin tiny, round and domed on both sides, was a good idea. There must be hundreds of them under my stove and refrigerator.

    This is the opposite of my husband's medication right now. He had been experiencing abdominal pains and the doctor prescribed him Iselpin, a white elongated tablet that is equivalent to about twice the size of a paracetamol. It is good for 1 week at 3 times a day. You can imagine my husband's disgust whenever he would take the tablet because it usually clogs his throat. Whey can't those drug laboratories make the size of their tablets and pills comfortable... not so big as to hurt the throat and not so small as to land under the stove and refrigerator, huh.

    I'm the same Corie..I have to take medication that is HUGE...as you say, about double the size of paracetamol...

    Also I have to take steroids which are the complete opposite,..sooo tiny that I can hardly get them out of the blister pack.

    I use a small measuring cup, about a 1/4 cup size, and when I open my heart meds, I do it over the kitchen counter where if it falls, I can see it and pick it up again.
    I put all of the meds into the little cup, and when I have everything in there, then I empty it into the palm of my hand and right into my mouth.
    Usually, this works fine for me, and they can't fall on the floor and be lost.
    Right now, the larget pills that I take are the cal-mag-zinc mineral tabs, and I take two of those every night. They are large; and sometimes I take them separately, but since everything else is pretty small, I can usually still swallow all of them at once.
    The smallest one that I take is the Xarelto, which is a tiny little heart shaped tablet not much larger than a grape seed.

    Care should be taken, that pets do not find the lost pills on the floor and ingest them.

    @Ike Willis

    Hey, Ike, have you noticed like I have, how often a tablet dropped from not too high a distance, like up on the countertop, lands on-edge, and rolls it's own ever-whichway? The "impossible" happening before our very eyes!

    Another 'special place in hell' is reserved for the designer of my TV remote. It's so designed that, when dropped on the floor, my grabber can't get a good hold on it. All the sides are beveled, so the jaws of my grabber slide off. WTH'S wrong with just making a remote with straight or flat sides?
