I thought that the appointment of Bannon was interesting also, and this seems to fit in with other "firsts" from this election. One of the things they are saying is that this is the first election which was partly determined by the alternative news media, and this seems like it rings true to me. We certainly did not have the mainstream media doing much to help Donald Trump get elected, and in fact, most of the time, they were outright trying to condemn just about anything that he said or did.
Andrew Breitbart was definitely one of the people who spoke out against Obama, and he had been talking about releasing information about Obama . However, he mysteriously had a heart attack and died (does that sound familiar ? ) just before he was going to release the information.
Other people might have also died because of Breitbarts information, according to some people.
Most of us remember Michael Hastings, who also died under very odd circumstances when his car crashed into a small tree and he burned to death. He was afraid that someone was after him, and had told this to several close friends before his death. Also possibly involved was the well-known writer, Tom Clancy, who wrote political novels, and his next one was going to be kind of an expose on Obama, but as a novel.
There are some long videos about this; but here is a short one that just hits the highlights.
If Obama went to all that trouble to get rid of these guys, I am sure that they are fuming now that the new CEO of Breitbart will be working closely with Trump.

I think Trump won the election because he had people voting for him for different reasons. I didn't even know who Brannon was til now.

Trump isn't one size fits all and I think we will see that in some of his choices.

The Hill ran a story entitled, Former GOP official: 'Stay away from Trump transition, in which they quote Eliot Cohen, a state department official under George Bush, as warning Republicans to stay away from the Trump transition team, saying “They're angry, arrogant, screaming ‘you LOST!’ Will be ugly.” What The Hill barely touches on is that Eliot Cohen was a NeverTrumper who wrote several articles trying to cause a Trump loss in the election, even after he was named the nominee. What would give him the idea that he could then waltz in and be welcomed with a position in the Trump administration? I am guessing that Trump isn't offering Hillary her old job back either.

I think that Giuliani is being considered for Secretary of State, yes, along with John Bolton, who was ambassador to the UN under George Bush. Although I don't care for the politics of either one of them, I'd take Giuliani over Bolton, and he was a very big help during the Trump campaign. It's not unusual for a president to bring in the people who were the most helpful during the campaign, but it's also not unusual for them to be replaced over time, as well.

I never had a problem with Giuliani so I do hope it's him but also read he may have some business conflicts of interests...those can always be worked around though.
