Admit it, they can be bad at times. My last two cats were actually good and caused little trouble. These two "kittens" now over 6 years old are much more trouble makes. They have scratched my wood furniture by jumping and playing on them. I wanted a spoon rest for my stove and found a really nice vintage Pfaltzgraff one at the thrift store. But NOOOOOOOOOOO it's in the drawer because tabby had to keep pawing at it and I was afraid she would paw it off the stove. The calico is more quiet. My tabby is bad but I respect her liveliness and love them both. Your bad pet stories.
Radar , a 9 year old chiwee. Is a very good dog,but he will take a poo in doors,or a tinkle , if i do not stay after him. On occasion, he barks at dogs he thinks are outside. Small, but unafraid, will lunge at huge dogs like he wants to attack. A few weeks ago, we decided to eat dinner in recliner to watch a special show. Radar went from hubbys chair to mine(we have them sitting together) and jumped all four feet into my plate! Moma was not a happy camper !
Well my husband tells me it's our "pet" Homer playing with the thermastat on the heater and hogging all the covers off of me during this cold weather. Since this is Homer our perfect pet...I doubt he's the culprit!
I wish just one more time I could scold Rocky for tearing up the toilet paper. Alas, he has passed away and I still miss his antics. That cat did not just unroll the roll, he took big chunks out of it with his teeth and by the time we unwound the torn part we were missing over 1/3 the roll.
@Gloria Mitchell Wow that is bad! My tabby will just try to paw food away. @Missy Lee Sorry about your kitty. This is one thing my tabby doesn't do! I am missing a wood chicken or two off the bookcase. Wonder if I'll find them if I move. As far as any litter box problems, my girls are so good. Always use the box.
I should add they are half way decent about letting me sleep. They sleep on the bed with me and I can't really go to sleep until I know both of them are there. Now that I'm working AM shift, they have actually ran to the kitchen at 2am if I get up to go to the bathroom thinking it's time to eat. They do understand a stern "NO." Sometimes they start meowing as early as 4am to get fed, but that's not the usual.
Actually he's a good watch dog because he'll bark if anyone's is even near the house. He's also very good with going out to pee and poop and even throw up. In almost 10 years he's never pooped in the house and maybe peed only once. He lets me know when he wants out by just going to the back door, of course he's always gotten a treat for that so it's his motivation. Sometimes he'll fake me out just for a treat. He's clever but I'm smarter, I watch him when I know he's tricking me, lol.
I must say Radar has never messed things or tore anything up. He sleeps most of the day. Question...does your pet try to talk or make human like noises? Radar scares me when he does that and recently others are noticing these sounds.
i have a mixed english bull dog and boston terrier 2 months old --he is good at going out side to go potty but it puts his dam sharp teeth on me
