Being Dead Does Not Stop You From Being Elected

If Hillary dies while in office, Kaine becomes President.

If she dies before or withdraws because of ill health, the DNC finds a replacement. Why is that so difficult??

I said it was not about Hillary it is about people who have been elected after they have been declared dead.
