Today I wanted to eat 4 p-nut butter crackers so I paid for by walking to the mailbox [ which is equivalent to a couple city blocks]. Yesterday I wanted to eat a really sweet sweet roll. So I danced [if you can call it 'dancing'] for 30 minutes . Sometimes I just dance in my chair if my back or knee acts up. I read about this on YT and now practicing it to keep down sugar. I'm already too skinny from low carb diet. Its ok except wrinkles really like loose skin. Fat firms it up some.
