    I didn't take your post as a lecture, Denise. You'd think that after facing Stage 3 breast cancer treatment since last January I'd be a bit more mellow, but I still have this personality!! :D :D

    I'm sorry to hear that you might have had a stroke...that's pretty scary. Did you follow up with your doctor?

    To veer back on topic, did California actually pass that legislation or does anyone know?

    yes, was taken to emergency had all the tests, and followup with Doc. No one knows anything for sure, including me ;)

    I don't know on the legislation but see if I can find something today on it. If I did see anything, I've forgotten ;( arggg :rolleyes:o_O

    Don't trouble yourself looking for that legislation for me... I could search myself but I actually don't care. :D I was just trying to stop hijacking the original topic which I seem to do with regularity. (Don't ban me, Ken!!!) :p

    I'm glad you're doing OK now, Denise. Strokes are scary business.

    No worries Beth, my mind wanders off topic as well ;) I won't look it up and kind of with you on why, only thing I can do is vote if I get the chance on these things anyway. Some things, as you know, get passed without "we the people" even getting to vote on them. I'll never understand how it all works.
