I love Mexican flavors and we occasionally cruise through Chipotle and have one of their "bowls." We find the food to be pretty tasty and always fresh. Do you have a Chipotle in your area?
Chipotle is a sensitive point with my wife and me. She loves it and I hate it. It's not only that there have been numerous cases of E-coli poisoning from Chipotle food, but I can see why that might happen. The stuff they put in your wrap sits there at room temperature until someone who will eat the stuff comes in and orders it. I understand that the E-coli often comes from non-heated foods, like lettuce, but I know that the meats are not kept at a temperature that would discourage nasties from making their home there, and that disgusts me, but the cold foods are kept cold either. I do not want to eat meat that has been sitting at room temperature.
