    I never tried eating it that way before! I'll definitely have to tell my wife to make that dish this week, it sounds delicious! What's your opinion on burnt corn? I've heard that many people love it, but I, for one, find it really disgusting.

    One of the ways of cooking corn down here in the south is to boil it along with some onions , potatoes, sausage and crawfish. it is called a crawfish boil.
    I do not like the crawfish; so I don't eat this; but it is a very popular dish in most of the southern states.
