https://www.worthynews.com/24864-trump-israeli-palestinian-peace-ultimate-deal In the past week or so I have seen a few articles pertaining to Trump and Israel that also pertains to Biblical end time prophecy. The article above is the one that interests me most though because if Trump was to make that peace deal and it is a 7 year one....according to Bible prophecy Trump would be the Antichrist. Trump according to news articles coming out has a very great interest in Israel...but the more I read these articles the more I wonder if his interest is for the right reasons....or the wrong. The other two articles going along with this was one in which Trump wants to move the US Embassy to Jerusalem and the other article was about the Sanhedren in Israel wanting Trump and Putin to rebuild the Temple in Jerusaslem .http://endtimeheadlines.org/2016/11...and-trump-to-build-third-temple-in-jerusalem/ http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/206740 Now whoever is the antichrist is definitely going to want to set up the capitol of his kingdom in Jerusalum because that is where Jesus will have His throne set up to rule over His Kingdom when He returns. And the antichrist does want the Temple rebuilt so he can desecrate it before Jesus returns. For those who are familiar with end time Bible Prophecy all 3 of these articles are fasinating because if they come true we will definitely know who the antichrist is and we will also know that Jesus' return is very near. It will be interesting to see what unfolds between Trump and Israel.
That's exactly what I'm doing @Joe Riley...speculating. Bible prophecy gives us alot of information as to the idenity of the antichrist both in the Old Testament and the New. And in my personal opinion that information is starting to come together like the pieces of a puzzle that is almost complete.
If you read the link, the Antichrist will arise from the land of the Roman Empire, or Europe, or EU leadership. Attempting to name an individual, has been done over many years and has proven futile.
And yet in another post you suggest he could be the antichrist...I don't get it. I did reply there but later decided to delete my response. Not in the mood for arguing religion or conspiracies. Did you just post that for the heck of it or do you think that Trump could be the antichrist? If I believed in the antichrist, I would not vote for someone who may or may not be.
My understanding of the Antichrist is that most people will view him as being a good guy in the beginning. On the other hand, if he is the Antichrist, then he is likely to survive to his inauguration.
Yes but apparently it could be Trump according to Babs and I have seen mention of him and the number 666 on other forums. If I believed any of this I would not have voted for Trump. That's my thinking on it.
Throughout history, I would guess that thousands of politicians and religious leaders have been thought to be the AntiChrist. That should probably be discussed in the Antichrist thread, though.
I find studying Bible prophecy fasinating @Joe Riley and since God's Word gives us much information on the Antichrist I think He does want us to think about what He has said and watch for the signs, etc. that will identify the Antichrist. It doesn't matter to me that many people have gotten the identity wrong or that some people think it is futile to even try to figure out who this person is. My personal opinon is that God wants us to be very aware of who this person is going to be...and what he is going to be. I don't believe God would have told us so much about him if He didn't want us thinking about and watching for the signs that would signal his coming into place. I did not say Trump was the Antichrist and the only way I will say he is will be if he gets Israel and Palestine to sign a 7 year peace treaty. In the meantime I will continue to watch and listen as end time prophecy continues to unfold before our eyes. There is only one thing that is futile to me and that is what Jesus told us we can not know and that would be the exact date or time that He would return. He said He didn't even know when that would be...only His Father knows that date and time. So why would so many people just toss aside what Jesus told us and think they know better? On the other hand Jesus also told us not to be unprepared for His return and He gave us many signs, etc. that would point to His soon return. Those signs are happening today right before our eyes too, but many people are ignoring those things or coming up with some "other reason" why these things are going on. Those signs include the signs that foretell the coming Antichrist and I find it absolutely fasinating that some of these signs are coming forth now and seeming to pertain to Trump. I don't want Trump to be the Antichrist, nor at this point do I believe he is him. But I'm not shutting my eyes or ears to the possibility that anything is possible until proven it is not possible.
Well if Trump was assassinated then we would know for sure he isn't the Antichrist....unless of course he comes back to life like the Antichrist is supposed to do after suffering a fatal wound.
Basically not a religious individual, would someone explain to me if the Antichrist is the same entity as the Devil? Frank
I do not want Trump to turn out to be the anti-christ either, @Babs Hunt , and I don't think that he fits what the Bible says about the anti-christ. As @Joe Riley pointed out, anti-christ comes from Europe it looks like, and not America. Revelation says that the beast comes from the bottomless pit, and does not say from the White House. On the other hand, the Bible also says that everyone will think that the anti-christ is good, and a man of peace, and that even the very elect can be fooled. Some people have predicted that Trump is a Cyrus, who was an ancient Babylonian king. I guess once we declare him to be a Babylonian, it is only a short step further to say he is the anti-christ. If we believe that our prayers for a better president has helped Donald Trump be elected, then it seems that we also should believe that God sent him to us for a good purpose, and not to turn out to be the quintessential evil one.
@Frank Sanoica Satan carries out plenty of his own dirty work. But satan hates God (because he wants to be Him) and he delights in being able to use anything God has created (especially mankind) to do the evil for him. He probably feels that he is slapping God in the face everytime he can brainwash human beings into doing evil instead of the good that God created us for. Satan has and will keep deceiving mankind into doing evil until Jesus takes satan out for good.
