    THIS IS TRUE …..

I was listening to a talkback show on the car radio while traveling home today ,and the announcer was talking to man who gos and removes snakes or other venomous creatures from suburban back yards.

( this apparently happened in Adelaide) where a man who’s a new resident to Aust phoned the wildlife catcher about a crocodile …….in his back yard in Adelaide [IMG]

I bust out laughing ..actually ….a crocodile in Adelaide ……nah …anyway the wild life man asked the person to take a photo and email it to him …….he said no I fear for my family’s life [IMG]……. ……cause this CROCODILE…. was opening its mouth every time he looked outside

…I’m just about peeing myself by now ………listening to this and thought…….nah ….. it’s past APRIL ….it can’t be an April fools joke [IMG][IMG]……….NO CROCODILES .,anywhere near south Aust

It turned out it was a sleepy lizard that are about 9 to 10 inches long …..and an adult SL would weigh prob about ….1/2 kg I’d think without looking it up

I'm on a forum where people post "What is this in my yard?" questions, and some of the inaccurate responses are pretty funny.

Some refer to SL as “stumpy tails” @Nancy Hart they are harmless and many keep them as pets
