    I was about to post this same video of the hearse. I can't imagine that happening years ago. It seems we've got at least one generation who hasn't been taught about respect.

    I've seen the other video, Val, and have seen it discussed on Twitter. I think he does it on purpose, as a way of showing his disdain.

    @Val White @Diane Lane

    I have some mixed feeling about this. We must consider (like him or not) that there are a lot of things on the Presidents mind. Also holding his jacket closed with one hand and the coffee cup with the other is a feat in itself when exiting a helicopter.

    Yes, it's not something I could physically do, but I would anticipate their presence, and not be holding things. I don't see the appreciation from this President that we've seen from some others, and many in the military feel it, too.

    On our VE parade Prince Charles was slated by the press for supposedly waving old soldiers away, when in actual fact he had shown nothing but respect for the veterans . He also spent at least two hours in St James Park talking to everyone that he could, and he shook many hands during the parade at horse guards when he was told not to, as it would slow everything down.

    Shame on the press for twisting facts to get a story.
