I think most people in the USA do. http://www.msn.com/en-us/health/wellness/how-often-should-you-shower/ar-AAiIbbT?li=BBnb7Kz
I usually shower every day but don't wash my hair every day, it's dry enough. I never take a bath. I have a real nice bathtub in my bedroom and haven't used it yet in 13 years.
I shower every day, but only wash my hair every 3rd day unless it's been really humid and hot then it'll get washed every day but I try and use a gentle shampoo and conditioner . Like Chrissy, I have a nice bath, but it's at least 15 years since I actually took a bath...
I usually take one shower per day, but I do not wash my hair every day as it is dry already. In the wintertime or when the weather is cool, I love baths and will take them nightly when it is cold. That is probably not smart as i know it causes my skin to dry out..but it releaxes me and I love it! I am not going to give it up. Nothing feels better than a hot bath on a cold night, unless hmm maybe it is a good massage!
Well, when I was working on a road repair crew in another part of my state, I rented a room with a private bath. I was out all day, working in the heat and dust. Came home, took a shower and ate and watched TV until bed. That's it, one much needed 5 or 10 minute shower a day. Landlady said I was using too much water. I was happy when that job ended and I could come back to my town.
I shower every night, but if I am working on anything that gets me dirty, I will often shower again during the day. I used to be more obsessive and showered two or three times a day.
I have to shower after work and scrub the heck out of my arms. I usually don't shower on my days off. My skin is dry enough.
I shower two or three times a day sometimes not always using soap. I do it just to freshen up, particularly during the summer.
Once a day is plenty for my dry skin....I don't get dirty or stinky anymore. I always shower in the morning unless I have a very early flight or something then I'll shower the night before.
No, but travel a lot. In fact I had a flight to Illinois tomorrow morning but changed that....just had too much going on Lately. I'm in Monterey right now and was watching my grandsons all week.
How would one who surfs, let's say, for perhaps several hours, compare with a ten-minute shower daily? In salt water, tough on the skin. If he/she is unaffected by that, would not any number of daily showers be less skin-damaging? Or is damage not the consideration. Frank
