It's so humid and even it's almost 8PM here on Oahu it's too hot yet with the remnants of dissipated hurricanes flowing northward now. Like the song it's too hot. Here on Oahu we're praying hard so we don't get hit by hurricane. It's hurricane season.

It has been stormy here since about noon. I guess the weather is gearing up to give us our two day cool down before we get blasted with even more heat. I just can't wait until July is over. The first hints of Fall are visible here in August. Leaves gradually start turning..and the days are shorter,,so even if we get heat in August or the beginning of September it never seems as bad, because you know Fall ison the way/ Also, the air is a bit less humid which is a welcome relief.
Cool Change - one of my favorites. This is a nice video, too, another good way to cool off. The leaves here are falling also, but I think it's because they're dry and dying. The driveway is getting cluttered, and so is the big carport. I suppose I'll have to go out and sweep them, but not until it cools off.

Yes, Joe Riley the next several days are going to have me busy imagining igloos and ice flows. It is not going to be fun. On the plus side, I did get my gas cut tonight, after foolishly leaving the key in the ignition and draining the battery last time I was out, so that is one headache I am not going to have to worry about for awhile. When I came in, I was drenched with sweat...and the heat hasn't even hit yet!
