We like these guys for things like stiff neck,back problems and balance. I can tell you for sure from my own experiance that if we don't use it we will lose it. Even as little as moving in the chair helps. I sit here online and and things start locking up.
My Apple Watch reminds me each hour to stand up and walk for a few minutes. I have found that even that small amount of exercise repeated each hour helps keep my body from stiffening up. On days that I swim, I do not worry about walking as long, but on other days, I try to walk laps back and forth through the house each hour when my watch reminds me to do so.
This is why, when we play it, we have the Wii Game. Talking about exercise bowling and tennis. We will kid with people who like golfing and tell them we golf quite often. They will ask "what golf course" and we will say "in our living room on our Wii Game". Saying that will make them laugh.
At my age I have to move around now so I can still do so later. Its not easy to make myself get off the duff sometimes but I manage most of the time. Of course that can all change any day all according to health.
