It's one thing to not know the constitution, but we're now living in a time when many of the younger folks don't know what it's for, or why you'd need it.

The idea that people have Rights but no Responsibilities likely began in the 60s, and intentionally contributes to the decline. Having no responsibilities is the position of children, not of adults. That being said, I won't how much decline there is, how much of it is organic, how much of it is imposed from without, and how much the media exaggerates it.
Good thoughts. Yes, it is like raising kids; you do have to formally introduce them to the notions of responsibility, both to others, and also to your own personal standards. It is not intuitive; it will not take care of itself.

Since our food and water will soon be gone with 20 million extra mouths to feed and water, crime will increase more and more. We could have helped people more by helping them stay home. Instead of uprising in their own nation they will soon be uprising in other first world nations. Look at France, Sweden, etc. if you want to see what coming only with all out crime here already it will be worse.
