The first teddy bear was sold.

 

Awwwwww, he looks sad though.

 

Now that you mention it, he does look sad.

They said on the news this morning they were first called Teddy's Bears.

I can't help but wonder if the person that made it had ever seen a bear. It seems to have very simian features.

 

Maybe they were trying to make it a bit human looking instead of scary, like a real bear?

Oh my goodness, Jemima is the *cutest* bear I've ever seen, I do believe! I'm looking for prices now, but I have a feeling I may come away a bit shocked when I find out, yes?
