-- AHA Special Bulletin I'm hearing this more and more on my radio. During covid and deaths reported by hospitals on Death Certificates as being Death From Covid....the hospitals were being paid amounts of money for each reported covid death??? Which by the way was mostly other major health issues and when one got covid the report was given as covid and hence the payments.... Plus during covid many hospital employees didn't work as they refused the jab mandates....So a shortage of workers too. And in my case and probably plenty, keeping onself healthy and out of the hands of docs and hospitals... I just opened a letter from a major hospital in my town asking for pledges, not from this gal.
The challenge here is Georgia is for the small rural hospitals. Our state did not go for Medicaid expansion. Too many rural hospitals have patients with no insurance showing up in their emergency rooms. Five small town hospitals have closed here recently, including the one closest to my parents place out in the country.
Most of the medical personnel are good people but there are some bad ones too like any other profession. I feel sorry for them now this new open border salad bowl is rough on all of us. I try to avoid all hospitals but at times I have to go.Most of the time I get great doctors, but now and then I get a nutcase. Last one told me to stop watching YouTube, and I told her maybe she should watch it too, well she stormed out of the room saying, "I'm done with you, "this was before Covid hit. She ask me when my last mammogram and colonospy. I wasn't in there for either one. I tried to be nice, but I wasn't feeling good, after all I was in the ER! I was there for sprained leg. Lately all of them are nice and really tired. I had to help the heart doctor last time I went he was having an anxiety attack, he kept losing patient's and was about to cry.I explained to him it was ok to feel bad but he should be proud of himself. And he got better he just needed someone to talk to. Jake said I should have sent him a bill, lol.
