Nancy Reagan's death got me thinking about recent first ladies. Nancy Reagan, Barbara Bush, Laura Bush.........All first class respected ladies What a difference! Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama ........ ??? Then there's the possibility of Bill Clinton becoming the next first lady.
Funny, @Sheldon Scott ... wonder what his inaugural ballgown would be like? On a more serious note, you're right. Nancy, Barbara, and Laura all extremely classy ladies... like Mamie. I'd go so far as to say even Hillary was kind of respected when first lady, especially from the pity factor of what he put her through. But Michelle... no. She humiliated her little girls in front of the world, and I've caught those looks of pure arrogance and defiance that she throws out. I've never heard the word classy when someone is referencing her.
Is it just me, or is Bill Clinton battling some illness? Looking at him lately, he doesn't look that well ...
Bonnie a lot of people I know wonder too. He keeps his weight down and he's getting old, is my take. However......
Except for Laura and Hillary, I never paid much attention to the rest mentioned here. I pitied Hillary and respect Laura.
