Where is the Florida Coast Guard? They are asking for Bidens help, may as well ask Santa Clause. Why can't the states protect their state themselves?
Either way Florida taxpayers are footing the bill in all kinds of ways, like millions Desantis pays " somebody" to destroy and haul away the contraptions they float here in. I like some of the things Desantis does but he is not doing what he ran on. Yet like Trump he seems better than the alternative, then again seems America is on a slow death instead of putting it out of its misery and be done with it.
I do think more every day that this is Biblical. Its not just America who has lost its will to survive.

I'm a Texan, and frankly I'm tired of the state having to foot the bill and keep our NATIONAL BORDER safe. The feds aren't doing their damn jobs and it's disgusting. Maybe DeSantis is tired of spending Floridian's tax money on something that Biden should be handling.

And you do know what the Biden feds will do, send them throughout Florida maybe put them in nice hotels until they can be set up proper housing.
hear about the Haitian gangs building up ,take a look at majority of 'migrants floating in' most all are young men. Their gangs here have a name, 'Zoe Pound aka ZPs'.
Don't worry we won't have to deal with it too long, but our young family members will pay the cost.

The Haiti problem is all over. Sad to say they destroyed their country and then they had some disasters which the Clintons and others took advanced to rob any help they received. Here in the Dominican Republic [DR] a next door neighbor of Haiti we have had millions coming here to find work or trying to turn the DR into Haiti by burning the trees for charcoal. If Haiti would have got the aid sent to them each one would have had enough money to build a house and start over. Hopefully the future [ Nasara] will help them start a new life in Haiti and they will all want to go home.

A bit OT, if I might be allowed ?

I'll never forget the first time I crossed Seven Mile in 1984 on a motorcycle. It was an absolute reminder of the ingenuity of man ..... I was just awestruck ! As well as jealous [of course] of thoses folks lucky enough to live there in the Keys. :)

I do think that in these later years, for several reasons .... the alure has lessened ?
