What kind of food tricks do you do to cut bak or counter carb intake? I sometimes use other foods to help my fight. I will make chocolate nut out of vanilla ice cream which I eat a lot of, I will sprinkle no sugar plain Herseys coco powder over it and add grind up nuts for the fat content. It gives me a rich chocolate taste without the added sugar plus cocoa has minerals that are is actually good for you. Also I make what I call egg pancakes by putting 4 eggs to half cup of self-rising flour. Use lots of real butter for more fat content that is suppose to counter the carb effect. Kinda like French toast and maple syrup { I know maple syrup is very high carb]. I add bluberries to pancakes and ice cream at times.. I keep grind up nuts in the fridge at all times.
