A close friend told me a long time ago that a foot massage is a good cure for headache and dizziness. She used to go to the acupressure clinic which espouses the so called pressure points that they target with the use of fingers instead of needles. This came to mind when I had come across an advertisement of a foot spa. The foot spa is actually the cleaning of the feet where they scrub the sole and give the feet some massage as well. But that massage is far from the foot massage that I am saying.

The trick is to press on the part of the foot that has the veins. Honestly, I don't know where those veins are but I'm sure there is a diagram that you can find in the internet.

I went to acupuncture in my 30's and swear it helped with my headaches. I went at the suggestion of a co-worker. The practitioner I went to no longer works and I can't find another that seems comfortable to me.

I would always receive a mini massage (I've never had a full massage) The massaging of the feet was the best. It felt so good. Maybe because every job I've ever had, I'm on my feet.
