This was on a tv commercial already! I only wish it had been available before my friend Dottie passed.

Yesterday, I was reading what a doctor posted on Twitter about strokes.
He said that many strokes happen when the person is taking a shower, and explained why that happens. He said that if a person gets into the showers and immediately runs hot water over their head, it causes the blood to rush to the head and this can cause a stroke because of the sudden blood rush.
He explained that the best thing to do is to start with your feet, and then work your way up to your head before showering that and shampooing your hair, this way, the blood goes all over as you slowly put on the hot water, and does not just immediately rush to your head.
I had never read this before, but it did make sense to me when I read it.

It never ceases to amaze me that all of us have ate, drank, showered, slept, along with a host of other daily livings,,, and now we continue to hear how we have always done it wrong. I will say the shower hot water thing makes sense.

Good insurance, I beleve and follow this too, making sure you get plenty of Magnesium, and Potassium in your body.....foods and supplements. Adult RDA for potassium is about 4200 mg and I read
Dr. Stephen Sinatra recommended 3 to 4K potassium daily.
