The empty space between the bottle top and the liquid
That space between the top of your drink bottle to the liquid inside?...… That's called its "ullage," or "the amount that a container lacks of being full."

Warren Buffet eats at McDonalds several times a week.

His favorite breakfast is sausage McMuffin. Lunch is a Quarter Pounder w/ Fries.

    (That's where I went wrong. I prefer the sausage biscuit. :( )

This severe November wind storm is like the one that on November 10th, 1975, the storm that sank the ship the "Edmond Fitzgerald" in lake Superior..
Gale force winds in a squall are common during this time of the year up here..
The HUGE ship went down just a few miles from Sault Ste. Marie.. It was a steel carrying ship of 510 feet long.. The crew of 29 were all lost and were never recovered due to the extreme depth of water..

Massey isn't that far from Lake Superior and Sault Ste. Marie.. We go there often for medical appointments.. it is about 200kms (120 miles) west of our house..

The (Canadian) folk singer Gordon Lightfoot made a song about the Edmond Fitzgerald sinking...

    (I didn't know there was a 5 o'clock teaspoon.)

A demitasse spoon is a diminutive spoon, smaller than a teaspoon. It is also used as a baby spoon and in some surgical procedures.[4]

Interesting tidbit of information. Dominion, the company that has been used to count our election votes, is also what was used to count the covid numbers.....think about that !

I've been reading about the Pilgrims and The Mayflower. My token tidbit of information...

The Mayflower was only 100' long and 25' wide, and there were approximately 130 people on board, if you include the crew. (Unbelievable!)

But why did they start out in September, thus landing in early November? They spent months on the ship...doing what... just waiting for warmer weather? o_O

If you have an old calendar from 2010 you can use it again next year (2021). They are the same.

Half-male, half-female cardinal found near Erie, PA

Most "gynandromorphs" (or half-siders) are infertile. However... "Since most female birds are only fertile in their left ovaries,.this cardinal may actually be fertile."

    2019

One was spotted in 2021 in Warren County, PA. Could it be the same bird?
