Nope....... I never sparred with anyone.. Never did and never will..
I generally don't get involved in political or religious discussions..

 

I would have to know more about the Steve North statement. I doesn't sound right to me.

Only the SHADOW knows the true evolution of this trek from one dubious discussion-place to the new one. It is my belief that temperament here has been dulled by desire to seek universal acceptance. That level of popularity is one which I myself surely can never achieve.

I can't say what they did or did not say to @Steve North but I once posted a political opinion which was instantly deleted. The mod sent me a quite firm PM that said if I didn't like the political opinions posted there, I should find a new board. I did. That was when the conservatives were being blasted routinely. Something has changed since then. The Admin seems to have mellowed, somehow. Or maybe changed. I don't know if I'll ever go back or not.

 

I think the decision about the political forum has already been made and that forum pulled or deleted or is no more. But the SF is not the same as used to be.

I guess you could say that. I mean, what's the point? I can get into enough trouble here.

I think it's fine without politics...I never posted in that section but did read it and it got ugly. All it it ended up being is attacks on people.
