Well this is a song they made five years ago, I don't think that they have any recent songs, glad to hear that, same with me, that band has a lot of talent. :)

Yeah they do! they had more talent than 98% of the bands coming out at that time. They just had the misfortune of not being Kurt Cobain. That flaw made it a lot harder for anyone at the time.

I will never classify an actual song as to be bad, but simply they seem to be not really appealing to my hears.

For the past 10 years, or probably for all these 15 years of the 21st century, I have no favorite songs and barely could cite 4-5 bands and singers from 1990 to date.

Who would believe that music was all to me until before I turned 30, time at which my life went through an alcohol addiction pattern that made me forget about music, fun, and almost everything else.

When I got my life back, I was 40 years old and with more important concerns that updating myself on music/entertainment matters.

At most I could say to like a Lady Gaga's song but I barely discovered she is the singer, have no idea what's the name of the song.

To the music lovers, please pardon this comment. I don't like rap and I don't consider it music. Just sad that the most popular songs nowadays are rap. Call me old fashioned but I still prefer the old songs with soft tunes. However, I am amenable to rock depending on the band that performed it. And as for the last 10 years, I couldn't think of any song that's worthy to remember. Hmm, maybe I can
consider This Girl Is On Fire or the more popular Fireworks. But not the wrecking ball, hahahaaa.

I admit there are some songs I call bad. The ones that are written for nothing but shock value, with nothing but disgusting lyrics that even at my age, I consider myself too young to hear. I get angry everytime I hear any of them.

Well, you are right there, a song will always please some people's ears and fail to please another's. It's important to remember that people have different tastes. Still, that doesn't justify people saying that all music after the 90's is bad instantly, just because of its age.

As for Lady Gaga, I am a bit of a fan, but I only know her big songs from around 2010, so I might not be able to help you out there.

Yes, age has nothing to do with musical taste and, for the records, I remember myself in the 80s loving music but being aware that it would come the day when, like seniors around me, I would not like the music of the moment, saying to myself that "I would never allow such thing happens to me!"

The fact is that while I tried to stay up-to-date with music through the early 90s, changes in the music scene contributed to make me clueless about new musical expressions; the recording industry changed to be what it is today, the radio stations were not longer in the same format we used to listen to them, and so on, and this is how, inadvertently, I turned into a senior who is not prone to listen to new artists or their songs.

However for my cousin, musical transition has not been hard because she says it's so easy to stay up-to-date with new music thanks to their children playing it and updating her about what's going on in the music scene. My bad, I have no children.

Even though, maybe you can really help when it comes to decipher what Lady Gaga song is, because it's not a new release, but a song that seems to be have been top hit some years back, because I used to listent to it almost anywhere, but I don't remember the lyrics, only a chorus that sings "la, la, la, la, bam, bam, bam" or something like that :D

There are songs coming out that sound like they really have some folksy influence. But the effort put into a majority of the music coming out is insulting.

Agree with @Carlota Clemens. One problem might be that you aren't exposed to new songs like you used to be. They were played on the radio all day long for free, when I was younger. I don't know how the kids learn about songs now. This one has a nice beat, I think. It's different.

    “THE SUN” - 2015

I only became aware of it from a commercial on TV.
