SpaceX had its first splashdown from orbit. I wonder how much tickets will cost in the future to orbit, go to the moon, go to mars.... https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_m...Z8EfqEscMkISedCXJe2zE0UyRD2Iulc2uP/XnNDqHmpM=
Fascinating. If I had a couple of million $$$ to spare, I'd sign up for a ticket. Somehow, I don't think there will any poor folks going.
Which raises an interesting point. I wonder if there are any minimum health standards to get on board. And I wonder how much it might cost to buy your way around them.
I'd be happy with a ride on the "Vomit Comet"; I just want to feel weightlessness. Unfortunately, that costs about $50,000, which is a little steep for a thrill ride, even the ultimate thrill ride......
I'll pass, even if it's free. I have no desire to get any higher than my trees, and one of them may be too high.
