I have done considerable travel since retiring in 1990--Alaska-Mexico-Thailand-Australia-New Zealand-Fiji-Tonga-Cook Islands-Venezuela-England-Portugal-Spain-Italy-Barbados-Hawaii-Tahiti--etc.etc.
Yep, pretty much. Went on a Carnival Bahamas Cruise. Drove down to Key West. Went to Universal Studios and Star Wars at Disney World. Went to SeaWorld. Went to Hard Rock Casino in Tampa Bay. And, now, flying to Las Vegas this coming December for a few days. Wife and I done these things together.
Of course not. Before I retired I woke up each morning and now, after retiring I have awakened to a new day each day too. It may sound pretty repetitious but waking up every day is pretty high on my bucket list.
There are times when I wish I did half the things some think I did but then again, if I had I’d have probably met my maker a long time ago.
No, there are still loads of things I want to do. My travel bucket list is long and includes many places in Sweden and abroad including Guadeloupe, north Japan - already done south Japan, Iguazu Falls and Machu Picchu. The last two can be visited in a wheelchair with assistance.
