To all of my early-morning risers, hermits, cat people, cannabis lovers, and all-around people in general, Hello is this the online version of the old-man coffee clatch? Anyway, I'm all of those and more, my photo is a lie it's old from when I still cared about my appearance. I've got to say I've slipped into I don't care territory. I'm 66, a cancer survivor, my wife has been in a nursing home for the past four-plus years I've been here alone more or less. A hermit cat person.

Hello Rick from another hermit cat person. My mother spent her last years in a nursing home so I know that routine is not the greatest for the patient or the family. I think you will find us to be a mostly congenial group happy to have you join us.
Hi Rick, Ditto on the early rising (3AM CST!) hermit cat person and I have a dog, too. Pot is not my thing, though. Sorry about your wife. That must be difficult, especially this time of year. I'm alone and the holidays are rough! Anyways, WELCOME from SE Wisconsin!
