I prefer them softly poached on hash brown potatos and crispy bacon.

Sometimes fried sometimes scrambled. I don't like the taste of the eggs as much from our hens we got 3 yr ago though. It may be the feed ,who knows ?We've had hens for egg for decades so don't know why taste changed not doing anything different.

I never have eggs for breakfast, but do for brunch or lunch and medium but on one side and mixed in with potato flour buttermilk biscuits, and country gravy. I usually have a cup of applesauce for dessert to add a healthy element.

For some reason I don't like eggs as much as I used to. Occasionally I'll have a fried egg or egg salad, but around lunch time since I don't eat breakfast.

No worry girl, I eat two breakfasts so you don't have to! :p I am thinking of doing a lot of hard-boiled eggs to keep around for snacks. So far my hatred of cooking has held me back from performing this culinary execution.

I seldom make a pan of biscuits anymore, so taking one or two out of the bag and baking just works for me. (Besides I'm all about "easy" these days.)

I don't eat eggs all that often...maybe every couple of weeks.

I like them fried and over easy so I can dip my toast into the runny yolk.
A close second is to have them poached, they put on top of toast.

I'll eat scrambled eggs and make omelets, but not as often as the first two methods.

I just had a couple of eggs over easy this morning and it's got me looking for another source. The shells and the yolks on the ones I've had recently are so fragile that the yolks break either when I crack the eggs or when I flip them over in the pan. There are a few homes around here that have "Fresh Eggs" signs out front, but when I've pulled into the driveway and walked around, no one has come out of the house to help. It seems rude to honk the horn. My new Aldi's got them for 49ยข a dozen, but I just can't go back to store bought. There's a farm across the street that has good eggs, but I'm not paying $5/dozen (although I did twice during Peak COVID to help them out.)

I'm an omelet fan -- Denver style -- but rarely have all the ingredients, so that's usually a breakfast or lunch out choice.. Also scrambled with cream cheese for extra fluff and yum. When I have bread, I like over easy on toast, but I don't often have bread on hand per se.

Usually, fried over medium, but I also like scrambled and poached eggs. Hard-boiled and pickled eggs are good too, but not for breakfast. Although it depends on what you put in them, I rarely order omelets at a restaurant. I think I've had more omelets that I didn't like than I have that I liked, so I generally stay away from them.

I like mine boiled. Most mornings, I have two boiled eggs and two pieces of toast with butter and jam. Then a bowl of blueberries or blackberries with sweetener and heavy cream. Sometimes I have peaches or strawberries.
