My long term memory is very selective. What I find most interesting is that I remember places. The most memorable one that has always stayed with me was two road trips when I was very little and the trips ended with us seeing our father in Chicago, Illinois and me being scared to death of a Chihuahua in Columbus, Ohio. It was snarling and showing all of its teeth as I was sitting up in my cousin's bed. Imagine that early in the morning. My sisters can talk about things and I would shake my head like I don't remember that.
