I am hyper aware of safety and health details such as where the emergency exits are, if the fire doors are blocked with boxes or even locked, if the water fountain looks clean, if the temperature is in comfort range for most, if there are trip hazards left in aisles, if there are heavy cans or boxes stacked above head height in earthquake prone area stores, if the music volume is set to a reasonable level, if there are any chemical odors in the air that should not be there, what the 'vibe' is, etc. I hardly ever notice people unless they look menacing, or are coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths, or are in gangs that could potentially pose a threat. I never read hats or tee shirts because they are written and worn by people I have no interest in. I do notice babies and little children and usually say a prayer for their safety and well being. I also notice dogs because I just love them. Isn't it interesting how we are all 'tuned into' our surroundings in our own individual ways?

I'm not as observant as I'd like to be. Observation is a great tool for writers, but I miss a lot.

Don't know where you live, but have never seen any t-shirts or caps like that before anywhere.

Do see statements like that on Facebook, but most of the time simply "unfriend" or "hide" the person or statement. No problem after that.

Some very nice people wear t-shirts and ball caps with logos or statements on them.

BTW, I have both t-shirts and ballcaps with logos, etc on them: Star Wars pictures, Classic Rock Bands t-shirts and golf, NASCAR, Bass Pro Shops ball caps.

Wife has a few Bass Pro Shop ball caps that she sometimes wears. Funny, but her ex-husband didn't like her wearing a baseball cap, but I love it. She's very glad!

It sickens us to some extent, but then we consider the mentality behind such people, and it makes more sense. Moronic.

I guess what gets me is when I see someone wearing a Star Wars t-shirt and find out they know very little about the movies.

Or, I see someone wearing a Yellowstone National Park t-shirt or ball cap and they've never been to Yellowstone NP. A family member or friend bought them the t-shirt or ball cap when THEY were there. like someone giving some a California t-shirt and the person receiving the t-shirt has never been to California.

Oh well, that's my "rant" for the day. LOL
