She condemned the mayor's office an was put in jail, looks like many of us are in trouble, I hope they don't read my comments. . She is an old woman too.
I certainly hope so. It reminds me a bit of things I have seen in other small towns with "mafia". Wasilla was one that did, and Sarah Palin destroyed that cabal when she become mayor there.
I am totally blown away by what I just saw here. It is beyond ludicrous if not down Unconstitutional. Boy, I'd have a heyday with this one.
Sometimes "Free Speech" can be taken too far. A person can say what they want to to a judge, but the judge can have the person detained also. Same goes for talking to a law enforcement officer. A person can say what you want to, but the outcome may not be what you want.
Lois I bet you would since America hadn't really changed that much when our generation was around. although it was starting to.
Good afternoon to all- Yes, expressing yourself is good, but sometimes, controlling yourself is better. It seems that some people- including politicians- just can't keep their mouths shut but must be spouting out garbage every day .It just seems logical that when dealing with law at any level, a certain amount of restraint and politeness .is the best way to go. Right to speak- important. Ability to be silent- priceless. you all be safe and keep well- Ed
Another song Ed? Know when to hold em ,know when to fold em.Thanks. Even the Bible tells us to keep our mouth shut when it comes to leaders. or a little bird will tell them what we said. I got a feeling, we ain't seen nothing yet.
I get a little worried about an attitude that a good citizen keeps his eyes down and lip zipped. This isn't East Germany and we aren't still under King George III are we?
