We recorded this ceremony a few weeks ago and watched it the other night. Now, what was totally stunning to us was that five out of the seven children, that starred with her in the Sound of Music, were at this ceremony to honor her. They all got behind where she was sitting and sang Do, Re, Me. It was truly fantastic. The movies she starred in and how great of a singer she was from way, way back in her childhood. Remember her and some of the movies she was in. I think the most notable was The Sound of Music!
Of course I loved that movie. Forgive me but I was amazed at her portrayal in Victor Victoria. Of course I was in love with her co-star.
