There is other signs as well like a numbness in your body especially on one side. There is two basic types of stroke one is caused by a blood clot the other is a artery/vein burst in the head knowing the difference could be life saving. If you have had a stoke caused by a blood clot than it is a good idea to take omega 3 or combination of 3-6-9. If it is caused by a ruptured artery than you are copper deficient if you have white or gray that also is an indication of copper deficiency.

My grand mother on my wife side has had two strokes caused by blood clots she started to have symptoms of one time more and I told my wife to get over there rapidly and give her some nattokinase this is from a Japanese cheese called natto it works better than any drug at dissolving blood clots. I also told her to take omega 3 fish oil and gave her enough for a few days. The next morning she was up and back in the garden. The people living in the countryside are a little shy about seeing the doctors.

Sometime in 2006, my husband went to a meeting and left me with the kids (nephews and nieces) in the mall. After an hour of roaming around the mall, I felt so tired and dizzy as if I wanted to lie down on the bed. I texted my husband that I needed to go home. He left the meeting and picked us up from the mall.

On the next day, upon the advice of my sister who is a nurse, I went to consult a doctor. There, it was high blood pressure that caused me to be dizzy. After another consultation to confirm my hypertension, I was prescribed a maintenance medication that I have been taking ever since.

It is scary to think that my mother had suffered a stroke 5 years ago.

Corie get yourself a blood pressure machine so you can take your own blood pressure. Then learn a good relaxation technique or meditation than take your blood pressure meditate or relax for 20 minuets and than take your pressure you will be surprised it will probably drop by 20 points. It is worth taking your health into your hands. Have fun stay healthy
