Ok, I see my doc once a year now for the last years. I've been into supplements for 30 yrs
and I keep my immune system strong.

My glucose was creeping up from my last year's labs and my doc and I agreed
that I take Berberine to lower sugar and it really did a good job. Last year
my glucose was 120 and the recent a beautiful 84. Berberine worked great.

I have slacked off in taking my daily DHEA and B12 as I thought the levels were
fine, but the levels dropped, so I'm back on the regular daily 2 above.

D3 increased nicely from last year at 64 to 98 with a lab range of 30-100.

Potassium came in lower than I like it to be, so I will be getting some different
high potassium foods, avocados are great but the price has gone so high with
what we are going thru....so I will buy some Lima Beans, eat more salmon when
I want to spend the money, I have some to cook later from TJ's their sockeye fillets
that one buys frozen....low potassium can increase fatigue... Beet greens are also high
in potassium and I would love to have some, but again standing and cooking is just too
    tough for me.

Bottom line, I'm glad I did the labs as I thought about not doing them, I have to pay $75 as Medicare
    pays less than they have.

And my markers for inflammation were better than last year also.

My body has changed so much since hip replacement and my walking and standing
in the kitchen is tougher.....so I do my best and love my supplements..

Oh and my weight is the lowest since I was 18, my highest weight in my life was 160 or so and the other day 124, I knew I lost some weight, but not that much. I believe a lot could be due to the
colon cleanse I've been using and I've posted about this issue here: Sluggish bowels ...............

You mentioned that low potassium can make you feel fatigued. That's also one symptom of AFIB.

That's good your weight is under control. I need to follow your lead.
