Glucose up to "off scale" while triglycerides are down back into normal range. Can't figure the glucose number but it could be no exercise and low metabolism all my doing. The triglycerides are down because I was pasta free for six months. Thing to do now in my mind is to get off my butt and back on the stationary bike.

No, I was prediabetic many years ago but I adjusted my food and drinks to lower my A1C.

Steven I honestly don't think I'd still be here if I doidn't stay busy.
I tell myself I want to die with my boots on, better than what may be in my future after 63 years of smoking. I know too if I didn't stay busy I wouldn't be able to breath.
When I just feel like crap and don't want to work out or walk, I just remind myself of this Bible quote, believer or not it pertains to us all either way. Plus, I think staying active pushes our expiration date out some too. Some can't do much but most of us can do something to get blood flowing.
On another forum a man said he was in a wheelchair and couldn't exercise. He liked music like I did, so I showed him a video of a man 'dancing' in a wheelchair, he tried it and couldn't thank me enough, said he felt like a different man.
I got the idea from seeing a man in a bar moving around in his wheelchair and I ask him to come out on floor and dance with me, he loved it, Had that chair doing everything but turning flips.

"Whatsoever thou doest, do with all thy might, there will be plenty of rest in the grave where thou goest,"

My first wheelchair dance was early 1980s, I may have started something, :p
