OP can refer to opening post, or to original poster, referring to the person who starts a thread and to their opening post.

How wonderful for both of you. My husband won't go on 'a diet' like that.
Jeff Elohim comes on a bit strong here but he has been preaching cures without traditional medicine for a long time. Mostly it is letting food by thy medicine. I think people might get a bit more from your kind of 'preaching'.
The food industry is probably in bed with the drug industry. It keeps us sick.
I think I am in love with Dr Berg on youtube.;)

I have NO idea who this Dr. Berg is and furthermore, I am not on YouTube...
Actually, I don't like the word preaching, but rather, what works for you.. As we are concerned, the low carb way of life has done wonders for the both of us.. Look at the weight I lost and look at the results my wife has..
Low carb isn't a diet but rather a way of life..

    No.
Dr Berg is on youtube. He is amazing in his health recommendations, a very gentle way of telling people how bad sugar, including simple carbs, is for people and explaining insulin resistance. He tells, as Jeff does here on seniors only, that one should let food be thy medicine.
If one types Dr Berg in the search box on you tube, he probably has thousands of videos for health.
I am down 10 lbs following some of his advice over the last month, although I am not exactly in it for weight loss.

What is the recipe for your dressing? Or is it a secret?

Mary.. We don't have any secrets on here..
I use EVOO, vinegar (any kind like apple cider, balsamic, red wine)... About 4 parts oil to one part vinegar..
I add a dash of mustard (usually Dijon) to make the oil and vinegar mix, otherwise they won't mix.. I add a bit of a sweet syrup like a S/F pancake syrup to take out the sharpness of the vinegar.. A small dash of salt..
Wisk it well and it will become thick..
Taste it and adjust to your taste..
Just a bit of vinegar as you can always add some more but if it is too vinegary, no good.....
The end result should be pleasant tasting...........
