"A Monday morning quarterback is a person who dissects an event and tells others how it should have been dealt with after the event has happened. This person has the benefit of hindsight and already knowing what decisions were made and what outcomes occurred. So, a Monday morning quarterback is “wise after the fact.”

I see many examples of this & it's really irritating to me. It's a pathetic attempt to appear super intelligent.
I'll tell someone about a negative experience I had - like last year when someone tried to steal my car, damaging the door lock & ran away when the alarm went off. They'll say something like, "Why did you park in that space? it's a bad spot; I wouldn't have parked there."
    I always reply, "MMQB."

Agree. I also can't stand people offering "advice" when none was asked for.

    Add me to that list.

Not only was advice not asked for, it wasn't even offered so you can decline it.

It's a blessing if you can fined people in your life you can make a statement to just because you need to talk about it, and they'll just listen.

That being said, some people have the need to say something.

It should be Sunday morning quarterbacking. Ever watch the Sunday morning political commentary shows on ABC, CBS and NBC?
