The New York Post published a very good article on media bias as it pertains to the presidential election. My only argument with it is that they left Fox News out of the equation, and they are no better. Fox News has as much of a neoconservative bias as the other media outlets have liberal biases.

The little boy who was injured in Aleppo which got on all news media and tried to blame the Russians for the incident. They missed all the other children in the area who were killed and injured by the rebels/terrorists. Who selected this photo now we know but it will not be on main street news.

When CBS interviewed Bill Clinton about his wife's medical problems, he initially said that over the years, she frequently fainted, then he changed it to rarely, but on more than two occasions. CBS edited out the word "frequently" before airing the interview. Do you think they'd do that for Trump?

Later... I see that The Hill reported on it, which is odd for the Hillary-Loving Hill.

I usually watch CNN lately, they're not as bad as they used to be. I don't like Fox anymore either.

I did watch the [CNN] Clinton News Network but changed to the alternative to get an unbiased view.

When asked about the explosion in New York City, Hillary Clinton referred to it as a "bombing." “I’ve been briefed about bombings in New York and New Jersey, and the attacks in Minnesota,” she told reporters aboard her campaign aircraft. She then launched into a call for support of first responders in these attacks. Later, when Trump referred to the incident as a bombing, Hillary accused him of being presumptive in assuming that it was a bombing, despite the fact that she had also done so. No matter though, CNN cleaned up after her, editing out her comments referring to it as a bombing, while including screencaps scolding Trump for doing so.

Would it be great if the next war all the military refused to go and peace broke out. It is a nice dream.

It used to be that the press is the only source of information for the public. And although a particular newspaper sometimes makes erroneous reporting, it is somehow rectified by other publications. But now with the word media which is a mix of newspaper, tv and cable networks plus radio and other forms like the internet sites, I sometimes feel that there is disinformation in some issues particularly in politics. I agree that we have to find a more reliable source of information especially with the news since we are being fed with trash sometimes.
