So I guess Trump will just have to start his own Media to get the truth out to us Americans. Looks like it won't be only politicians who will be getting the sack!
I wouldn't feel comfortable with a government media, no matter who's in charge. Even if I trusted Trump explicitly, which I don't, he won't always be in charge. What I wish we had was at least one media source that would be committed to giving us unbiased news, or at least separating its opinion from its news columns.
Trump just had a meeting with CNN and ABC in Trump tower and he ripped they really bad they probably wish they had not gone
One (of many) thing that bothers me about the media is its obsession with Trump's tweets. Always, no matter which media it is, they will refer to any tweets that he makes as a "tweet storm" or something of that nature. I don't generally check up on them but I do from time to time, and if you actually look at his tweets, you will see that often what they're talking about are no more than a few tweets. His "tweet storm" about Jill Stein's recount demands consisted of four tweets in which he was simply tweeting one short paragraph that required four tweets because of Twitter's character limitations. I would hardly consider that to be a tweet storm.
The media is so desperate for news from him that they will jump at anything because he is not using them so they can distort what he says they are all mad.
They just can't help themselves even when they complement. They put in a subliminal message showing their real thoughts
They just can't help themselves even when they complement. They put in a subliminal message showing their real thoughts even their comment of divided America
Here is a chart that is as accurate as any I have seen. The only fault that I can see in it is that it places neoconservative publications, such as The Blaze, The National Review, and the Weekly Standard, far more to the right than is warranted as, despite rhetoric, they are more closely aligned with the left than with the right. Actually, I don't know about The Blaze as I don't read it. I am basing my opinion of The Blaze on its founder, Glen Beck. They take conservative positions on social issues but global/liberal positions on economic issues. I don't know how that could be arranged on a chart, however, since it wouldn't make sense to call them neutral, as they are not that, so this is probably as good as could be done. There's a few others, I suppose. I'd move the AP to the left at least one notch, and I'd move the Wall Street Journal to the neutral column. But this is pretty good. I would also clarify that the far left and the far right publications are not necessarily fake news, or wrong (although some of them area), but that they are biased. Breitbart, for example, publishes true stuff but they make no attempt to be unbiased. -- Larger Display
