In the wake of a Supreme Court ruling giving businesses new grounds to discriminate against LGBTQ customers, a Michigan hair salon owner has vowed to ban some members of the community from her business. In a rambling Facebook post, the owner of Traverse City-based Studio 8 Hair Lab, Christine Geiger, said she would decline service to customers who requested a specific pronoun be used, The Kansas City Star reported. “If a human identifies as anything other than a man/woman please seek services at a local pet groomer. You are not welcome at this salon. Period,” the post reads. Geiger, who later deleted the Facebook page and set her business’ Instagram to private, reaffirmed her stance in a vitriolic comment on Facebook. “I am admitting that since I am not willing to play the pronoun game or cater to requests outside of what I perceive as normal,” Geiger wrote.

Good for her; I totally agree about the ridiculous "pronoun" crap. Biology for the win.

The pet groomer line wonders if the owner had issues with "Furries," or people who identify as cats or dogs. Yes, it's a real thing. Even in my rural area a friend was telling me that her daughter encounters this crap in her high school. I told my friend that her daughter needs to sponsor a Bob Barker Day and get a portable spay & neuter clinic set up in the school parking lot. "Identifies as" either go to the head of the line, or they just stop.

It's a small number of people amplified by the media and backed up with the wealth of subversives.

More and more we are getting sick and tired of the liberal nonsense. I have found new people that I really like, like Thomas Sowell and of course Candace Owens. Speaking to black issues and stupid agendas for all to learn about.
There are people in Congress on youtube talking against issues as well. They may be in the minority when it comes to accomplishing a true end to FBI corruption and the Bidens. But they are there and making sense to more and more people leading up to November, 2024.

Another great one was Walter Williams who--sadly--passed away a few years ago. Williams taught economics at George Mason University in Virginia (just outside of DC.) His books are well worth the read.

Thomas Sowell is 93. Being born in the south in 1930 and growing up in Harlem, he's lived through some crap.

I have always tried to be respectful to everyone and managed to do so without hurting any feelings but really when one starts to GAY it UP as the phrase goes I get pretty fed up fast. I couldn't stand that one Queer that was on the Arsenio Hall show and he had several that were regulars. The one I am thinking about is now on that daytime show with the grand daughter of Hemingway, I can't remember her name but I will think of it tomorrow heh Anyway that guy can really Gay it Up if you know what I mean. He tries so hard to be a Fruit, he had his own show for a while but got canceled because even the gays couldn't stand him.

Few of us have any issue with anyone we've actually met in real life.

You know it is like one person here told me talking about those kittens I rescued, they can't help they were dropped into this world with no help to survive. I think of these gay people as the same in context, none of us have any input in our beginnings and we have to not be hurtful to those that are less fortunate than we are. I do think we are fortunate to have a normal life no matter that most of the time it is terrible as the years go bye ...

Don't you love how the article in the OP is another liberal media BS piece? "In the wake of a Supreme Court ruling giving businesses new grounds to discriminate against LGBTQ customers, blah, blah." New grounds to discriminate?? Why does the ridiculous woke crowd believe that the business owner has no rights? Take your business elsewhere if you don't like it and get over it.

I have no issue with trans/LGBTQLMAO people pursuing their own happiness, but not at expense of other people's happiness. I'm really tired of transsexual deviants trying to turn being a woman into simply a psychological concept.

This Supreme Court decision has sparked some really hot and ugly discussions around the Internet. There's a lot of anti-Christian and anti-religion hate out there.

In a more logical world both Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell would be required reading in every high school in America.

This is the same thing as parents pushing back on the sexual indoctrination schools are pushing, and laws saying that 14 year old kid can consent to irreversible elective "affirming" surgery. It's "a victory for conservatives." No it's not. And neither is an aversion to being forced to participate in other people's delusions. It's every one of us pushing back on evil, regardless of political position or religious stance.

She ought to be required to put a sign out listing who she won't accept as customers. My guess, business would drop off fast. Talk is cheap.

It wouldn't surprise me that these crazy lawsuits are paid for by political action groups, in order to stir up more discontent. They agree to pay the person to file the complaint, no matter the outcome, and the lawyers fees. A GoFundMe page could launder the money.

There is a conspiracy for you that makes some sense.
