The takeover of Hong Kong by mainland China is inevitable. The article title is very conservative. From what I understand of the research cited, mother's milk kills the virus completely or almost so. However, no one connected with this research wants to use the word cure or describes mother's milk as an effective preventative, even though it might be one. Originally, breast feeding was suspected of spreading the virus and was discouraged by some researchers.
This is something that has been very well known, in the field of livestock (and other animal) husbandry. Raw milk, especially the first milk produced for newborns, (colostrum milk) has all of the nutrients and anti-viral components necessary to protect the newborn until their own immune system has developed enough to protect them. When I had Yorkie-poo puppies, I continued to let them nurse even after they were eating soft food, because of the health benefits of the mother’s milk. I have mentioned before about my beloved little Chipper, who almost died because of something that damaged his kidney and put him into kidney failure. I think that he got it from playing in a soybean field that had been sprayed with insecticide, but we never knew for sure. After being treated by the vet for several days, he just kept getting worse and by the time I brought him home, the poor little guy couldn’t even raise his head. I am pretty sure that the vet was just sending him home to die because there was nothing more that he could do for Chipper. I had read about the healing properties of RAW milk, and bought some from a friend who had a milk cow, and that is what I fed him, Chipper could not even raise his head to eat, so I would lift it up and fed him with an eyedropper, a bit at a time, and to my great joy, he started to improves, and within a week could move around a little. Unfortunately , pasteurizing and homogenizing the milk ruins most of the health benefits, and it is hard to get fresh raw milk unless you have a dairy cow or goat , or know someone who does have one. Many newborn babies are started on infant formula, so they never get the benefit of having the start in life that they would have gotten from mother’s milk, especially in developed countries like the United States. I think that I have posted this before, but here is a great page that explains the health benefits of drinking raw milk, and what happens when it is processed. http://www.raw-milk-facts.com/index.html
