A touching story about a 93 man who with a little help came back to life through music........

Have seen so much evidence of music helping with Dementia patients
I've always known the importance of music, touches the very soul of you, lifting your spirits
It is no surprise at all, the enormous help music will give you

I totally agree that music helps people with Dementia...and so does bringing them pets to touch and love on. :) For some women with Dementia baby dolls have helped them too.

I can speak on this subject since I take care of my 93 year old Mother with severe dimentia. She absolutely loves music! I play it every day and she moves her feet to the beat and I love to dance, so she loves me to dance to the music. Sometimes I play big band, which she loves, but most of the time I play 60's and 70's music, and she loves that too. Added benefit is that I stay fit by dancing all day and she is happy!
