When I was younger, I would do some push ups, oh just about 5 to 10 depending on my mood in the morning. But when I had a broken arm due to an accident, I quit on that. Maybe that's one factor why I started gaining that undesirable excess weight, hahahaaa.

To get back to a healthy regimen upon waking up, I now use the hand grip. It is that spring-like thing that you press with your fingers. It strengthens my tummy muscles so the bulging is somewhat controlled. And how is that? I just lay on the bed, face up, and press those hand grips with my outstretched hands. That's my little morning exercise that gives me the energy and a strong tummy muscle.

:oops:As for me I don't exercise in the morning. I exercise in the evening. I have to cook for Mom and I so I got to get things going right away when I wake in the morning. I like to exercise in the evening for it is cooler. I watch television and exercise. While watching television and exercising it makes the time go a lot faster. It seems that while watching television you do less concentrating on your exertion and more concentration on the television too. My doctor told me to exercise more to stay healthy. Morning is such a hectic time for me that I don't have time to exercise. Exercising is good any time you got time to exercise.
