I find this guy difficult to listen to quite frequently, but his reports are frequently right on the money, even when no one else is mentioning them. Other times, it's the last I hear of these news items. Frequently, I believe he and his wife are dysinformationalizing -- yeah, I made that word up! -- us. Please check out this video. I have (hopefully) started it AFTER the 30 minute countdown. If I have failed, please fast forward through that part. Yes, the night vision had me first impressed, but then I realized that I have no clue if that is real or not. I would love to have the opinions of others on this one. https://www.youtube.com/live/Wzzy2rCgCzc?si=SCUdvauz_4Y1HXHx
I’ve been reading about quite a few surrenders since the summer started using the 149.200 Volga radio frequency. Maybe that’s what is feeding the story? It’s fairly widely reported but not by any U.S. MSM. https://tass.com/politics/1681055
I have gotten stories like this form various sources as well. Putin has been making a point of treating Ukrainians who surrender very well and the word has gotten back to the troops who have been left in the field without leadership. Keep in mind, it is not really U.S. tax dollars that are being used, but borrowed money from the Japanese and other countries that is being sent over to expand our tremendous national debt. China has been ridding themselves of U.S. bonds slowly, so I don't believe China is indirectly funding the NATO war in Ukraine.
Until something more concrete, such as whole military companies surrendering, I wouldn’t bet any money on it. In WWII, it wasn’t until nearly 300,000 German soldiers surrendered in a single day that there was real hope that the war in Europe was coming to a close. Even in Vietnam, hundreds of Cong and NVA soldiers “chu hoi’d” (surrendered) to the southern forces but the war still drug on until the U.S. and other allied forces left the country. Personally, when I read that Zelensky has been deposed and his supporters pockets have dried up and see Putin flying into Kiev, then I’ll believe that there’s some credulence to an Ukraine surrender.
I suspect it is simply a reflection of the morale of the Ukrainian forces. NATO apparently has to keep the war going to keep the U.S. afloat. We are on the edge of collapse on so many fronts, and the government shutdown may either make things worse or give the powers-that-be an excuse for drastic stuff. We'll see.
I'm more and more of the suspician that we the people don't have anyone on our side , maybe Trump not sure even about him. Before this toon was put in charge Obama replaced our militay top brass, who did he put in their place? Where are the GOP asking this question? Now they have brought in millions of their allies across our border who will not only vote for them but fight for all the goodies they get too. America is gone, Imo and I hope to God I'm wrong, but fear I'm not. Between the anti-American socialist liberals, minorities which 98% voted democrat and now their army of illegal's, mostly young men ' ' we are done. I keep telling my kids to move to S.Dakota and take the 30 kids, grandkids with them, but they like their homes. Maybe a radical move but so is life.
More information leaking out about the possible surrender, @Michelle Anderson . Here is a post that was on Twitter this morning that also talks about Ukraine surrendering to Russia, with the thought that it might go public before too much longer.
I believe that’s referring to the same thing I posted in post #2, isn’t it? Still an interesting development though. As an aside, it is interesting the opinion/bias I see about the Ukraine/Russia conflict. Two other forums I am on, one for shooting, one for drag racing, both have a conservative bias, especially the latter one. The shooting forum is very much pro-Ukraine; Ukraine is killing Russia, we need to support them, Russia is evil. The other forum is Ukraine is corrupt, we shouldn’t be supporting them and Putin needs to boot stomp them because they were engaged in genocide against pro-Russian Ukrainians. …Interesting
Russia says more than 1,000 Ukrainian marines have surrendered in the besieged port of Mariupol, but Ukraine denies this. The city's Deputy Mayor, Serhiy Orlov, told the BBC that Ukrainian troops there were still fighting. Tens of thousands of people have died in Mariupol, Ukraine says. Fighting appears to be continuing around the giant Azovstal steel works in the port, which is one of two areas not under Russian control. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-61092953 The key part of this from the BBC which I view as a reliable source is "Russia says...." There is also a great deal of difference from some troops in Mariupol possibly surrendering and "Ukraine surrendering"
This is old news I believe, the Russians mopped that up some time ago. Mariupol has not been in play for a while to the best of my knowledge.
I now have seen on the NBC channel that NATO is asking Ukraine to come to the peace table. Apparently, the Western nations have decided they cannot finance both Ukraine and the Middle East wars at the same time as their economies near the point of collapse. Zelenskyy, that great democrat for whom we are sacrificing our Federal budget , has cancelled all presidential elections after jailing political opponents and outlawing opposition parties. We'll see what happens as the meetings take place in Malta according to NBC, with all interested parties in attendance for the first time.
