Not sure if anyone is interested, but I get this newsletter, called "Nutrition Action". I first saw it at a doctor's office, and when I read it found it interesting. It only has about 16 pages, but the information contained in it is interesting and enlightening. It's actually produced by Michael Jacobson, who is the man who fought and lobbied Congress back in the '70s to have nutritional information and ingredient lists put on food. The newsletter doesn't accept any advertising or corporate sponsorship. It reviews products and lets you know how good or bad they are for you. It looks at studies and tells you why they are accurate or scams. Disclaimer - I have no interest or affiliation with this newsletter, just find it extremely useful.
