    This reminds me of the issue about eggs in the 1980s. We grew up with milk and eggs for breakfast as taught in school would give us the required nutrients especially for growing children. But then there was that study that eggs contribute to high cholesterol level and is bad for the health. You know what happened? The egg producers here staged a protest rally against the author of that article in the newspaper. And later on, the study was proved to be NOT conclusive.
