    When you want to reply to multiple people in the same thread and quote the sections of the post you're replying to, you don't have to make multiple posts, which makes it look like you're ranting.

    You can accomplish this in a few ways, but I'll only mention a couple of them here.

    One, you can click the Quote button on each of the posts that you want to reply to and, after you've done that, click the Insert Quotes button and it will insert each of the posts that you have selected. You can then backspace over the portions of each post that you don't want to include, and then reply to each one in order.

    The second way is to highlight the portion of each post that you want to quote, then click the Quote button for each of them. When you've done that, click the Insert Quotes button and it will insert just the stuff that you have highlighted for each of the posts that you wish to reply to, and then reply to each of them in order, in one post rather than multiple posts.
